PPF - Paint Protection FilmAt LeCarage we work with KAVACA PPF by NanoShine Group. A high performance aliphatic polyurethane film, Kavaca PPF is specifically designed in state of the art facilities using highly advanced technology to protect painted surfaces from abrasion, corrosion, chemicals and other types of physical damage. The technology allows the film to self-heal making it extremely durable whilst displaying an improved visual appearance. Extensive research by industry pioneers have formulated the new leader in PPF.

Car WrappingAt LeCarage we wrap exclusively with first-class wrap films. Durable car wrap films are developed explicitly for wrapping cars with all the properties to wrap a vehicle nicely and evenly. There are endless possibilities, from metallic, matt to mother-of-pearl or steel effect. All wrapped vehicles are provided with a top coating for ultimate protection. When the foil is removed afterwards, the original undamaged and well-preserved car paint reappears.

How is this possible?
|
Once cured, Ceramic Pro contains a hardness of over 9H. Normal clear coat has a hardness between 2H and 4H. The increase in hardness of the coated surface is enormous. This makes it the hardest paint coating currently on the market. This new glass shield prevents minor scratches on your clear coat and acts as a sacrificial layer. This preserves the original factory paint.
Any surface scratches that occur in the coating can be easily removed with light polishing, which will not weaken the quality of the original clear coat. With Ceramic Pro, your paint will not fade or age due to the UV protection in the glass coating. Think of Ceramic Pro as an additional clear coat, but a lot harder. All this adds up to more peace of mind and more enjoyment of your vehicle, even in rough environments. |
The nanotechnology causes the ceramic nanoparticles to fill the smallest pores in the paint, making the Ceramic Pro glass shield shiny, and extremely smooth or hydrophobic. Ceramic Pro dramatically lowers surface tension and prevents environmental contaminants such as bird droppings, insects, dirt, tar and graffiti paint from adhering to the surface. With water, you easily remove dirt from the surface by rinsing it off as it rolls the dirt off the surface. This is called the self-cleaning effect.
Permanent protection Ceramic Pro 9H is a one-time application if properly maintained. Once the Ceramic Pro glass is cured, it can only be removed by sanding. This places Ceramic Pro in a category unto itself, and thus is not comparable to sealants or waxes that break down quickly. |
