Quarterly Update Q2-2026

Dear Friends,

Spring has quietly made its entrance and you can feel it at LeCarage. Engines that rested over winter are waking up, and there’s a shared excitement among our members to get back on the road, where our cars truly belong.

We have a wonderful season ahead. Alongside our well-known, more intimate gatherings, including the return of our Amsterdam Cruise Night on a number of Wednesday evenings, we’re preparing a number of standout moments. The Exceptionals Cup on October 5th and, of course, The Gentleman’s Drive on September 26th is already shaping up to be true highlights on this year’s calendar. We opened the year with the Pommery Grand Cru Tour to Reims, and what a weekend it was. Our partners at The Duke and Pommery went out of their way to create an unforgettable experience. That in combination with our sports cars and surrounded with great people made it a weekend to remember. This grand cru tour will be repeated a couple of times the coming years so if you are interested to join, please let us know.

As we approach maximum floor capacity, we are executing a plan that will provide you with evenmore flexibility during weekends, while at the same time allowing us to welcome a new generation of sports car enthusiasts into the LeCarage community. We are aiming to have phase one completed in June and we will of course keep you posted on our progress.

We are also seeing a beautiful shift in the composition of the collection. More and more, the balance is moving toward the iconic sports cars of past decades. We are proud to see that cars from the 60s and 70s are finding their way to Amsterdam adding even more character, heritage, and depth to what is already a very special mix.

Behind the scenes, we have strengthened the team. I’m pleased to welcome Joyce Kruiter as Assistant General Manager. You’ll be seeing more of her at LeCarage. Please feel free to join her for a coffee, or simply stay a little longer when collecting your car to get acquainted.

Let’s introduce Joyce Kruiter

Hi everyone, 

My name is Joyce Kruiter, and I’m the new face you’ll be seeing around LeCarage. I’ve recently taken on the role of Assistant General Manager at the Amsterdam facility, overseeing daily operations while also supporting Johan in further developing the business. I’m very much looking forward to meeting you in person so, please, don’t hesitate to stop by for a coffee so we can get to know each other. 

​My passion for cars grew during the years I spent working in Mexico City, after completing my studies in International Business and Management in Groningen. In Mexico, I organized large-scale automotive events and worked closely with CEOs and CMOs from brands such as Land Rover, Rolls-Royce, and Maserati, building lasting partnerships along the way for the business publishing company I worked at. Walking through LeCarage and seeing your incredible cars is a true joy. At 29, I still dream of owning a car like yours one day, though I imagine not all of you had yours at my age either… we’ll see. 

For now, my focus is on getting fully into the operations and exploring how we can make LeCarage even more special for you as a unique community, whether through improvements to our services or by organizing exciting events. I would love to hear your stories, how you came to acquire your car, and the journeys behind it. Perhaps some of these are worth sharing in future editions of this newsletter.

In Detailing

Porsche 991.1 GT3 RS

This quarter at Lecarage was defined by precision, refinement, and a continued dedication to elevating every vehicle that enters our building. A true highlight was the complete detailing of a Porsche 991.1 GT3 RS, finished in the striking and unmistakable Miami Blue. Vehicles of this caliber demand an uncompromising approach, and this project was no exception. The car underwent an extensive, multi-stage correction process, carefully removing imperfections and restoring depth, clarity, and gloss to the paintwork. Every surface, from the bodywork to the smallest exterior details, was meticulously treated and refined. The end result is a GT3 RS that once again presents itself in its purest form: vibrant, flawless, and ready to be driven and appreciated as intended.

Smart #5 Brabus

We also look back with pride on last September’s Gentleman’s Drive, an event organized by Lecarage, bringing together like-minded enthusiasts who share a passion for automotive excellence. As part of the day, we awarded a first prize to one of the participants. The winner chose to have their Smart #5 Brabus treated at our studio, where we installed a full XPEL Paint Protection Film. This ensures the vehicle is now fully protected against the elements and everyday wear, preserving both its appearance and character while being enjoyed on the road. Projects and initiatives like these reflect the Lecarage philosophy: combining craftsmanship, community, and protection—delivered with precision, consistency, and an uncompromising eye for detail.
